Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a part-time mental health therapist with Oman licensure to deliver care through our tech-enabled platform. You may treat minors (age 7 and below) and adults, with English onboarding and Arabic session capability. The role emphasizes evidence-based therapies and collaboration with support teams.

You will set your own schedule, work remotely with a confidential space, and participate in a growing provider network focused on outcomes and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychotherapist eligible to practice in Oman.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• English proficiency for onboarding and clinical interviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to adults and, if applicable, minors (7 and under).
• Deliver care via an AI-enabled platform with patient-centered outcomes.
• Maintain session documentation and availability calendar.
• Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Collaborate with provider support and navigation teams as needed.
• Offer culturally competent care respecting diversity and inclusion.
