Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
• Hands-on UAT design and execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process design and standardisation.
• Ensure readiness for stage-gate approvals.
• Manage dependencies and risks impacting HR delivery.
• Develop UAT strategy and execute testing.
