We leverage Odoo ERP to streamline operations, manage resources efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service. As we scale, we are seeking a dedicated Odoo Developer & ERP Administrator to join our team to manage development and provide ERP support for our business.

Job Responsibilities

Development Responsibilities:

  • Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements.
  • Build and integrate new features and workflows into the Odoo system.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, communication tools).
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in the Odoo system.
  • Perform data migration and provide technical documentation.
  • Optimize the performance of Odoo for efficient operations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access control in Odoo.
  • Provide daily support to users for ERP-related queries and issues.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot any performance issues.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the Odoo ERP system, including backups and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with the team to train users on new features and workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the ERP system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Odoo development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo module development and customization.
  • Experience in Odoo administration, including user management and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Odoo v17 or higher.
  • Familiarity with Linux server environments and Odoo deployment.
  • Understanding of ERP workflows, including sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Ability to train users and document ERP processes effectively.
