Land Surveyor

Job Title: Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the process of determining and measuring land boundaries and features. Your main responsibility will be to collect and analyze data using specialized equipment, such as GPS and laser scanners, to create accurate maps and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all surveys are conducted and documented according to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various instruments, including GPS, laser scanners, and total stations
• Collect and analyze data to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features
• Create maps, charts, and reports based on survey results
• Ensure accuracy of survey data by conducting quality control checks
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey results for construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools and equipment such as GPS, laser scanners, total stations
• Familiarity with mapping software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Biometric passport required for international travel if needed

Salary

Starting salary for this position is 1500$, with potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation will be provided.
