SIS Global is hiring an experienced MS Core & Cloud Specialist to support and evolve critical network domains for a major Ericsson Managed Services operation in Saudi Arabia. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous modernization of telecom core and cloud platforms.

Detailed Job Description

As an MS Core & Cloud Specialist, you will work across multi-technology domains, including CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud/Virtualization, providing deep technical expertise and operational leadership. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end lifecycle support—covering creation, sustainment, and evolution of core network functions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional MS teams, ensuring network availability, performance enhancement, troubleshooting, and alignment with Ericsson OE best practices. You will contribute to major transformation initiatives and play an integral role in shaping next-generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert operations and lifecycle support across CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud domains
• Lead troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support the evolution of telecom networks through upgrades, optimization, and modernization
• Ensure end-to-end delivery within Ericsson Managed Services frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-domain SMEs, customers, and MS operational units
• Maintain documentation, operational readiness, and technical compliance
• Drive improvements aligned with Ericsson Operations Engine standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Network (CS, PS, IMS) technologies
• Proven background in Cloud & Virtualization (VNF/CNF environments)
• Experience working within Managed Services operations (preferably Ericsson MS)
• Solid troubleshooting capabilities and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Strong knowledge of IP Core concepts and multi-domain telco architecture
• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to 5G Core (SA/NSA) technologies
• Knowledge of automation or scripting for operational efficiency
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Understanding of Ericsson ENM, CEE, or Cloud Execution platforms
• Prior involvement in network transformation or cloud migration projects
