Job summary

Sierra Ventures is looking for an Antenna Designer / Phased-Array Antenna Engineer in Muscat, Oman. You will develop mm-Wave antenna and phased-array solutions for 5G and satellite communications, participating in the design, simulation, and verification of sophisticated antenna products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a Master’s degree or PhD, and strong skills in ANSYS HFSS and RF/OTA measurement techniques. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. The role involves collaboration across multiple technical teams, ensuring successful product integration and performance validation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics with 5+ years of experience.
• Exceptional candidates with a B.S. and strong experience will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design mm-Wave antenna architectures for 5G and satellite communications.
• Plan and run antenna measurements (OTA / far-field / near-field).
• Deliver documentation: trade studies, simulation reports, test plans.
