Job summary

SkyPoint is seeking an experienced Merchandising Coordinator in Nizwa to coordinate and implement merchandising strategies, analyze sales data and manage product inventory. This part-time role requires weekend and evening flexibility and offers growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in merchandising, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and potential issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage product inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Create visually appealing displays in-store or online to attract customers.
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide support as needed.
• Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to improve customer satisfaction.
