Qualifications

  • Must have strong understanding of HSSE requirements.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
  • Identify main components of the equipment / system
  • Responsible for supervising mechanical maintenance team for all planned activities under the scope of contract for Engines and Auxiliaries at the Power Plant.
  • Responsible for supervising all unplanned mechanical maintenance activities under the scope of contract for Engines and Auxiliaries.
  • Responsible for supporting maintenance teams for troubleshooting abnormalities, tripping and failures.
  • Responsible for leading, supervising and supporting root cause analysis activities for continuous improvements and avoiding future failures.
  • Responsible for maintaining the maintenance records of all on‑site activities.
  • Responsible for integrating HSE‑policies in all activities
  • Responsible for checking the availability of sufficient resources (personal, material), respectively claim the lack or shortcoming of resources
  • Willing to improve knowledge and expertise (e.g.: becoming permit to work holder)
You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
  • BSc/BE Engineering in Mechanical or Marine or equivalent.
  • College Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Auto Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in case of BSc/BE and 7 Years work experience in case of college Diploma in Engineering in Diesel/Gas Engine Plant having Engine capacity in excess of 10,000 BHP.
  • Experience related to Maintenance activities.
  • Having adequate knowledge of Maintenance technique and ability to manage all maintenance activities.
  • Having a clear understanding of HSSE requirement during work.
  • Basic knowledge in vibration analysis
  • Basic knowledge in trouble shooting
  • Process knowledge
  • Outgoing and motivated to connect with a wide range of different people
  • Must have a good level of team management
