Jumeirah Muscat Bay seeks a Guest Room Technician - Engineering to join its engineering team. The role focuses on maintaining marina infrastructure, electrical and water systems, safety equipment, and coordinating maintenance with external teams.

Qualifications

• High school education with a relevant technical diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Proven leadership, team management, creativity, and project management skills.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a technical department.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all technical systems and infrastructure within the marina and related facilities.
• Ensure operation and compliance of seawater circulation, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, and water systems.
• Coordinate disposal of hazardous waste following regulations.
• Oversee external maintenance services and support budgets.
• Inspect safety equipment and assist external vendors during on-site works, issuing permits.
• Monitor water and electricity consumption, maintain documentation, and report damages for insurance.
