Job summary

Apt Resources is sourcing an experienced Gardener for a prestigious Cyprus hotel group, responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas to meet 4- and 5-star standards.

You will perform planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation upkeep, pest control, and seasonal landscaping projects, coordinating with maintenance teams and following health and safety procedures. Proficiency in English and willingness to relocate to Cyprus are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience asGardener, Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or similar role in luxury properties.
• Technical or vocational training in Horticulture, Landscaping, Gardening or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of plants, trees and lawn maintenance.
• Ability to identify plant diseases and perform basic pest control.
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus if selected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas.
• Perform planting, pruning, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and general plant care.
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, aeration, and other treatments.
• Identify and address plant diseases, pests, and issues.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Coordinate with Engineering or Grounds Maintenance teams as required.
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects.
