Job summary

FAENA Movement in Oman seeks a skilled Carpenter to maintain and install wooden elements across the hotel, ensuring furniture, doors, fixtures meet high standards of quality and safety. You will work with Engineering teams to deliver flawless guest experiences.

Flexible hours, weekends as required, and experience in hospitality settings are preferred. This role offers opportunities to contribute to landmark projects within FAENA's expanding portfolio and global vision.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational qualification in Carpentry or related trade.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or large facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs, maintenance, installation, and modification works throughout the hotel.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, frames, cabinets, furniture and fixtures.
• Inspect furniture and wooden installations for damage or maintenance needs.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance per schedules and work orders.
• Read drawings and follow measurements and technical instructions when required.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Ensure all work meets hotel quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering and hotel departments on maintenance tasks.
• Support hotel projects, renovations, and operational requirements.
