Job summary

Jumeirah Muscat Bay, part of the Dubai Holding luxury portfolio, is seeking a Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. You will engage guests with confidence, discuss menu options in detail, and contribute to delivering elegant service in a premier resort setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of luxury hospitality experience, a High School Diploma, and demonstrates creativity and problem-solving. You will welcome guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely, flawless

Responsibilities

• Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
• To control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
• To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system.
• Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
