Job summary

Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks, ships, or other types of transportation. You will be based in Salalah, one of the largest cities in Oman and a major hub for trade and shipping.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all loading operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. You will supervise a team of loaders and provide guidance and training as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that it is in good working condition.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory position. You should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with your team. A high level of physical fitness is also important as this job requires heavy lifting and manual labor.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket to Oman for candidates who require it.
