Job summary

PPOAR in Muscat is seeking a Loader Operator to operate front-end, skid steer, and backhoe loaders at construction sites, loading and unloading materials and equipment while adhering to safety procedures.

The role requires a valid loader license, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team. Prior loader experience is preferred but not essential, and maintenance tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid operator's license for heavy machinery (loader).
• Experience operating loaders preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders such as front-end, skid steer, and backhoe loaders.
• Load and unload materials and equipment onto vehicles.
• Safely maneuver materials and equipment using loader controls.
• Perform routine maintenance on loader machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report malfunctions to the supervisor and coordinate with team.
