Job summary

Woopel is seeking a responsible Light Driver in Muscat, Oman to safely transport goods and passengers within the city. You will operate light vehicles, follow traffic laws, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while keeping accurate trip records.

Requirements include a valid Oman light vehicle license, at least two years of local driving experience, knowledge of Muscat roads, and good English communication skills. A valid visa and local accommodation are needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Oman driver’s license for light vehicles.
• At least 2 years of experience as a light driver in Muscat or similar.
• Good knowledge of Muscat roads and traffic laws.
• Ability to communicate in English (basic Arabic a plus).
• Physically fit with good vision and hearing.

Light Driver - Muscat, Oman

We are urgently seeking a skilled and responsible Light Driver for our company in Muscat, Oman. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and passengers to their designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate light vehicles such as cars, vans, and small trucks
• Transport goods and passengers to designated locations within Muscat
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
• Report any accidents or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of goods or passengers to their destinations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for light vehicles in Oman
• Minimum 2 years experience as a light driver in Muscat or similar location
• Good knowledge of Muscat roads and traffic laws
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
• Physically fit with good vision and hearing abilities
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

Note

This is not a live-in position. The candidate must have their own accommodation in Muscat. Only candidates with valid visa for working in Oman will be considered.
