Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nurse Supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and train nursing staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care to patients
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations in the facility
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide feedback on areas of improvement
