Job summary

Canon Middle East FZ LLC is seeking a Credit Control Specialist to manage the GCC accounts receivable and collections from theKhobar region. The role requires meticulous attention to customer balances, timely dunning, and ERP data entry.

The ideal candidate holds a commerce/finance degree, 3+ years GCC experience, and fluency in English and Arabic. This on-site position offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities within Canon's regional finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance or equivalent qualification.
3+ years' GCC experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
Strong organizational skills with large data sets.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Exposure to ERP systems and receivables processes.

Responsibilities

Lead credit control operations in Khobar, overseeing accounts receivable and collections.
Proactively contact customers on balances, reminders, and dunning letters.
Enter receipts into the ERP and reconcile customer sub-ledgers.
Coordinate invoice and statement distribution to customers.
Prepare monthly AR status reports for the Credit Controller.
Support month-end close and ad hoc reporting as needed.
