Job summary

Charm Connect in Muscat, Oman is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to conduct field surveys, analyze data and prepare maps and reports. You will work independently to determine land boundaries and elevations using modern surveying equipment.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience, proficiency with GPS, total stations and laser scanners, and good English communication. Travel and a valid driver's license are required; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role.
• Proficient in the use of modern surveying equipment and software.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations and laser scanners.
• Collect and analyze data to determine precise measurements of land boundaries, elevations and features.
• Prepare accurate maps, reports and legal descriptions based on survey data.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures on land.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
