  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met through regular updates, consultation, and issue resolution.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, ensure proper allocation of resources, and optimize project performance while maintaining quality standards.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and mitigate them, ensuring timely delivery and managing any changes in scope.
  • Commissioning and Handover: Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and meet client specifications before project handover.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, technical drawings, progress reports, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drawing Skills: Use AutoCAD or equivalent software to create and modify technical drawings and system schematics, ensuring accuracy and completeness in project plans and documentation.
  • Tendering and Proposal Development: Identify and apply for tenders, preparing comprehensive technical proposals for smart home and ELV projects to ensure competitive positioning and successful bid submissions.
  • Training & Development: Travel to Turkey to attend a short training course on wireless solutions that the company has exclusive distribution rights within Oman.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing KNX-based and wireless-based smart automation projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to source and build a skilled team tailored specifically for smart home and ELV projects, and effectively manage team dynamics.
  • Strong experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
  • Deep knowledge of smart home automation technologies, including systems such as lighting control, HVAC, security, and multimedia integration.
