Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in knowledge management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Experience in the tech industry or consulting is preferred.
• Knowledge of knowledge management frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
