A premium bakery brand in Muscat is looking for a Jr Sous Chef specialized in bread and pastry. You will supervise the bread production section, develop new recipes, and ensure quality and efficiency. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in artisan bread baking and strong leadership skills. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of up to 800 OMR, along with shared accommodation and other benefits.
Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends. Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads. Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.
