Software and product development company Techstack is looking for Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team. The current team has lead generation as a subdivision, which provides a constant flow of leads with different heat states from cold to hot.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for processing leads and transferring them to the sales manager at the call stage. You’ll become a significant part of a team delivering real value to our customers worldwide.

Our Sales team consists of Lead Generation Managers, Data Entry specialists, SMM (Social Media Marketing) experts, Warm-up specialists, and Sales Managers. We also collaborate with other departments, particularly with the marketing team, to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that will contribute to our growth and success.

Your responsibilities

Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for attracting potential clients.

Closely collaborate with the Business Development team to improve lead generation efficiency.

Conduct deep research and qualification of potential clients — identify and evaluate ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and gather key information for personalized outreach.

Use research insights to craft targeted, engaging, and value-driven messages.

Build and maintain an effective follow-up process to increase engagement and conversion rates.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads received from marketing and other sources.

Maintain order and data accuracy in the CRM system.

Assist in organizing business trips and events when needed.

Warm up cold leads through trust-based and meaningful communication.

It's about you

Have 1-3 years of experience in sales within a service-based IT company.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to capture attention from the very first seconds.

A high level of independence, responsibility, and strong result orientation.

Understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to explain the logic behind the sales funnel.

Ability to effectively interact with people, maintain constructive dialogue, and stay focused in a dynamic environment.

Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).

Ability to conduct in-depth research of potential clients — identify and assess ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), uncover client needs and align them with product capabilities while understanding the connection between the client’s challenges and the proposed solution.

English level — C1 or higher, both written and spoken.
