Responsibilities

• Coordinate journey tracking using AVL systems and oversee field vehicle journey tracking matrices.
• Process tracking data, generate movement logs, and report transit non-compliance using Excel and Word.
• Issue routing changes, emergency alerts, and check-in logs to transport teams.
