Job Purpose: We are seeking a driven and dynamic professional to join GSK as a Specialty Account Manager in Oman. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with healthcare professionals, managing key accounts, and driving the adoption of GSK solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to enhance awareness and uptake of GSK products and solutions.
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan aligned with GSK’s commercial objectives to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to deliver tailored solutions to accounts.
  • Conduct regular external meetings to educate healthcare professionals on disease awareness and patient‑centric solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to address opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and commercial teams to manage demand forecasting effectively.

Basic Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Recent experience in specialty care & / or Respiratory care within Oman.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English communication.
  • Valid Pharmacist license and readiness to travel as required.
  • Residency in Oman.

Work Environment This is a field‑based role in Oman. Travel across the assigned territory will be required.
