Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned to the British Curriculum (or equivalent).
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learner needs and promote inclusion.
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress regularly.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, parents and the wider school community.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
• Uphold safeguarding, child-protection and ethical standards in line with school policies.
