Job summary

A leading consultancy group is seeking experienced professionals for HSE roles in renewable energy projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 to 20 years of experience in Wind, Solar, or Power Generation projects. Qualifications

• 10 – 20 years of relevant experience in Wind, Solar, Power Generation, or Transmission projects.
• Proven record in EPC supervision / IPP / Owner’s Engineer roles preferred.
• Professional certifications (PMP, CEng, NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, etc.) are a plus.

• Conduct site‑level HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across wind and solar facilities.
• Champion a proactive safety culture aligned with ISO 45001.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site‑level HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across wind and solar facilities.
• Champion a proactive safety culture aligned with ISO 45001 and SJ’s global sustainability framework.
• Develop HSE plans, training programs, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable, or equivalent).
• 10 – 20 years of relevant experience in Wind, Solar, Power Generation, or Transmission projects.
• Proven record in EPC supervision / IPP / Owner’s Engineer roles preferred.
• Regional experience in GCC / Oman / Saudi Arabia / UAE is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications (PMP, CEng, NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, etc.) are a plus.
