Job summary

Oman Energy Association in Oman seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across the O&G and metals sectors, with a strong focus on external stakeholder management and committees.

The role requires deep knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and a proven track record in HR initiatives, consulting, and PMO programs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1. Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• 2. Focus on O&G and the metals sectors.
• 3. Proven track record of successful committee participation and external stakeholder management.
• 4. Background in HR consulting and experience in managing HR initiatives.
• 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• 6. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• 7. Experience managing HR initiatives and projects within an ICV PMO is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• 1. Lead HR strategy and operations for HR management in Oman Energy Association.
• 2. Oversee recruitment, training, and development plans for key sectors (O&G and metals).
• 3. Manage committees and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
• 4. Advise on HR policies in line with labor law and compliance requirements.
• 5. Drive HR projects, programs, and ICV PMO initiatives.
• 6. Ensure robust performance management and employee relations.
• 7. Build strong internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
