What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of practical HR experience in managerial positions overseeing all HRM functions and processes.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Proven success in implementing CFR processes to support OKR practices.
- Proven track record of leading HR teams, managing budgets, and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and public speaking skills, with experience presenting to senior management and large groups.
- Familiarity with HR technology systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication; strong cross-cultural sensitivity.
