Job summary

PrestigeArch Luxembourg in Muscat, Oman invites applications for a Housekeeping Assistant to ensure cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas of our hotel. You will dust, vacuum, mop floors, change linens, and replenish supplies while supporting laundry duties when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a proactive, safety-conscious approach. You will work 40 hours per week with accommodation provided, and a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors in all assigned areas.
• Dust furniture fixtures and other surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels as needed.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, soap and toilet paper.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while carrying out duties.

Salary

The salary for this position is $900 per month
