We are seeking a polished, welcoming, and customer-oriented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and a warm, professional demeanor that reflects our fine dining standards. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.

Fluently communicate in Arabic and English to accommodate a diverse clientele.

Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system and maintain accurate guest records.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring seating preferences and special requests are met.

Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, including reservations, menu questions, and general information.

Monitor guest satisfaction during and after dining, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.

Collect guest feedback and reviews, recording comments to help improve service quality and enhance the guest experience.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflective of the restaurant’s luxury standards.

Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining guest lists, recording VIP guests, and preparing daily reports.

Job Specification

Proven experience as a Hostess, Front Desk Agent, or Customer Service Representative (fine dining experience preferred).

Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a fine dining environment.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
