Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Claims Associate Analyst for its Middle East Claims Operations. The role analyzes medical reimbursement and provider claims, reviews documentation, and ensures accurate, fair claim decisions.

Qualifications

• Healthcare qualification (BDS/MBBS/BAMS/BHMS or equivalent), Bachelor of Nursing or other clinical/ allied-health degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical claims, pre-authorization, medical billing, provider operations, or health insurance.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnoses, procedures, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess member reimbursement and provider claims accurately within quality, productivity, and turnaround standards.
• Review claim forms, medical reports, prescriptions, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Validate eligibility, coverage, dates of service, diagnoses, procedures, and coding.
• Apply policy terms, benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, and member-sharing rules.
• Assess medical necessity and ensure services are supported by diagnosis and treatment.
