Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
• Experience leading or managing a rehabilitation center or department.
• Experience supervising a team of physiotherapists.
• Eligibility for Oman MOH licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation center's daily clinical and operational activities.
• Supervise, guide, and manage the physiotherapy team and ensure effective staff utilization.
• Oversee patient assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Monitor team performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and applicable Oman MOH regulations.
