Head of IT Architecture & Strategy
We’re looking for an experienced technology leader to shape and deliver the next chapter of our IT evolution. As Head of IT Architecture & Strategy, you’ll define the technology vision, roadmap, and architecture that enable the organization to scale, innovate, and stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
This is a strategic leadership role — ideal for someone with deep enterprise architecture expertise, a passion for digital transformation, and the ability to translate complex technology into business value.
What You’ll Do
- Set the vision: Define and drive the organization’s enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations.
- Shape the roadmap: Assess the current landscape, design the future-state architecture, and create actionable plans to deliver modernization and transformation.
- Lead modernization: Champion cloud adoption, API-first development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance agility and scalability.
- Establish governance: Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and frameworks that guide technology decisions across all teams.
- Drive innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantage through smart adoption of AI, automation, and other advanced capabilities.
- Ensure resilience: Strengthen security, compliance, and operational stability across platforms and services.
- Lead & inspire: Mentor a small team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and modernization initiatives across complex environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, cybersecurity, and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge technical depth with business priorities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
