Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment.
• Perform painting, carpentry and other minor repairs as needed.
• Inspect facilities and identify potential issues or hazards.
• Keep inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
