Qualifications

• Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and other building issues.
• Repair or replace appliances as necessary.
• Paint walls, floors, and other surfaces as needed.
