Job summary

Paul Café. Waiter position in Muscat (Oman) seeking an energetic team player. You will present menus, assist with selections, take orders, and serve foods promptly while coordinating with kitchen and barista staff. Maintain table setups per brand standards and resolve customer issues with the supervisor.

Handle payments and hand them to the cashier. Applicants should have a secondary school degree and 1–2 years of client-service experience. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Degree is required.
• 1–2 years of client-service experience in a comparable role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Present clients upon arrival with the menu and assist with item options.
• Take orders and serve food promptly while coordinating with kitchen and barista.
• Ensure tables are set up before and after clients as per brand standards.
• Record discrepancies or customer problems and report to the supervisor.
• Collect payments and hand over to the cashier.
