Job summary

Season's Hypermarket is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to design promotional materials, social content, and in-store visuals. You will support campaigns, signage, and seasonal decor, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

You will handle motion graphics, CGI, and video assets, delivering high-quality visuals on tight deadlines while staying up to date with design trends and platform specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of graphic design and content creation experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and CGI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media content formats and digital marketing.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design promotional flyers, posters and digital artwork for campaigns and offers.
• Design engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X).
• Develop store signage, banners, and point of sale materials to support promotions.
• Produce artwork for store decor and seasonal events.
• Utilize motion graphics and CGI techniques to create dynamic visuals and animations.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Ambassador to deliver visually appealing posts.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support video and reel production with graphics, layouts, and creative assets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to deliver timely promotional materials.
• Prepare artwork for store campaigns, seasonal decor, and special events.
• Support merchandising teams with category signage and shelf branding.
• Provide weekly updates on completed design projects and campaign performance.
• Suggest creative improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Stay updated with design tools, trends, and social media best practices.
