Qualifications

• Passion for gardening with basic knowledge of plant care.
• Physically fit to handle manual labor such as lifting heavy bags of soil, bending, kneeling, etc.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Attention to detail to ensure the garden looks well-maintained at all times.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to gardening.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain various flowers, plants, and trees in the garden.
• Trim and prune trees and bushes to ensure their health and desired shape.
• Water plants regularly and fertilize as needed.
• Monitor plant health and treat any diseases or pests.
• Keep the garden clean and free of debris.
• Mow lawns and trim edges.
• Assist with landscaping projects as needed.
