Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
• Scan and process items accurately and efficiently.
• Accept payments in the form of cash, credit or debit cards, and vouchers.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as needed.
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Answer any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
