Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing and improving AI systems. This freelance role involves building competitive-programming problems and their automatic graders used to train AI coding models.

You’ll create problems, write correct and deliberately-wrong solutions in C++ and Python, and design hard test cases. Remote, project-based work with pay per accepted task.

Qualifications

• Strong competitive programming background with public profile or IOI/ICPC record.
• Fluent C++ (STL, complexity)
• Able to write Python comfortably
• Explain why a solution is wrong and design breaking inputs
• Strong English writing (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and constraints.
• Write correct solutions in C++ and Python.
• Write realistic wrong solutions to test against.
• Build and harden test cases, generators, edge cases and stress tests.
• Write checkers/interactors for problems with multiple valid answers.
