Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait in Muscat is seeking a creative Floral Designer to craft beautiful arrangements for weddings, parties and corporate events. You will design according to client preferences and event themes, source materials, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the shop's presentation.

The ideal candidate has proven floral design experience, strong knowledge of flowers and care techniques, excellent attention to detail, and great client communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role is required.
• Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants and their care techniques.
• Creativity and ability to design unique floral arrangements based on clients preferences.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure every arrangement is perfect.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their flower selections
