TCS (MEA) is seeking a Finance Application Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Oracle Fusion AMS engagements in Riyadh. You will own governance, SLA/KPI adherence, and customer relationships, coordinating onsite and offshore teams to meet contractual commitments.

The role emphasizes strong Oracle Fusion Finance expertise, cloud ecosystem exposure, and proactive service improvement initiatives in a global delivery setup.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects, Tax.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI compliance, and customer relationship management.
• Act as the primary customer interface and highest escalation point, ensuring service continuity.
• Drive resource planning, risk management, service reviews, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams to deliver service outcomes and contractual commitments.
