Job summary

NTU International A/S in Oman seeks a Senior Non-Key Expert – Human Rights, Gender Equality & Civil Society to deliver high-level technical assistance on rights-based approaches, gender equality and civil society development within the Egypt Downtown Facility project.

The role emphasizes policy dialogue, stakeholder consultations, institutional assessments and social inclusion activities, leveraging at least seven years of relevant experience in international cooperation across the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human rights, law, political science, gender studies, development studies, social sciences
• English: C1 level
• Arabic: C1 level
• French is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to human rights, gender equality, social inclusion and civil society development.
• Assist participatory policy dialogue and rights-based approaches in international cooperation.
• Conduct policy and institutional assessments, stakeholder consultations and analytical studies.
• Support civil society organisations and public institutions in Egypt and the MENA region.
