Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a role focused on executing partnerships, sponsorships, events, and placemaking across AMBU assets. You will collaborate with Regional Marketing, Asset, Leasing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to deliver high-quality on-ground experiences.

The role supports centrally defined strategies, ensuring initiatives enhance customer experience and generate commercial value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in partnerships, events, activations, or experiential marketing roles.
Experience delivering on-ground activations in retail, hospitality, or consumer environments.

Responsibilities

Support amplification and execution of partnership agreements, activations, and placemaking initiatives across assigned assets.
Ensure activations comply with brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and safety requirements.
Deliver flagship events, activations, decor and portfolio-wide experiential initiatives end to end (briefing agencies, design, production, installation, dismantling).
Drive tenant marketing partnerships and promotions (co-branded activations, in-store campaigns, openings, collaborations).
Act as day-to-day contact for partners, sponsors, and activation vendors.
Coordinate with Branding and Digital teams to integrate creative and promotional elements.
Track activation and partnership KPIs (footfall, engagement, dwell time, deliverables).
Support the manager in activation budgets and vendor costs.
