Job summary

EuroTech is urgently seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. You will perform welding and fabrication duties, reading blueprints, and repairing metal structures to meet project specs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of welding experience and is proficient in MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core arc welding, with strong safety awareness and physical stamina for varied positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience.
• Must be Indian national currently residing in Nizwa or willing to relocate.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core arc welding.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to welding.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina to work in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Perform various types of welding such as MIG, TIG, stick and flux‑cored arc welding
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
• Repair damaged metal structures or equipment using appropriate welding techniques
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment
