Job summary

WealthGuard USA in Salalah, Oman is seeking an Excavator Operator to operate heavy machinery, digging trenches and moving earth according to blueprints and instructions.

You will collaborate with the construction team to complete tasks safely, perform routine maintenance, document daily activity, and ensure projects stay on schedule. This role requires physical fitness and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Growth opportunities may be available for skilled operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate various types of excavators and attachments.
• Good understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.

• Operate excavator to dig trenches, holes, and other earthworks according to blueprints and instructions.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator’s bucket or attachments.
• Perform routine maintenance on the excavator and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.

• Communicate with the construction team to coordinate excavation tasks.
• Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities including materials used and hours worked.

As an Excavator Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to dig and move earth rocks and other materials. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that all excavating tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator to dig trenches holes and other earthworks according to blueprints and instructions
• Load and unload materials using the excavators bucket or other attachments
• Perform routine maintenance on the excavator and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor
• Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate with the construction team to coordinate excavation tasks
• Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks within deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities including materials used and hours worked

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting
