Qualifications

• No prior experience required but some knowledge of welding techniques is preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and work orders accurately.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced welders.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and work orders to determine project specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
