Job summary

ConFlip in Salalah, Oman is seeking an entry-level dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. You will work under the head chef and staff to ensure dishes and equipment are washed and sanitized.

The role offers on-the-job training, a stable schedule including evenings and weekends, and a supportive team in a professional kitchen environment. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwasher.
• Sanitize all dishes and utensils according to health codes.
• Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and utensils.
• Assist in restocking supplies in the kitchen.
• Take out trash from kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating dishwasher and handling chemicals.
• Communicate any issues or concerns with head chef or kitchen staff.
