Job summary

BrightMark GmbH is seeking an Entry Level Crane Operator for our site in Nizwa, Oman. No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided and we offer support in finding suitable housing.

This is a full-time, on-site role with room to grow within the company, including visa sponsorship where needed. The position requires English fluency, physical fitness to access crane cabins, and the ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Physically fit to climb into crane cabin and operate for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate various cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.
• Inspect crane before use to ensure proper working condition.
• Safely lift, move, and position materials using crane controls.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating a crane.
• Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient crane operation.
