Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing is seeking a motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.

The position requires a Civil Engineering degree or related field, excellent communication, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office. Salary is 1600 USD per month, contract role with visa and ticket provided; accommodation is not offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects according to budget and schedule.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or risks.
Monitor progress and quality of work on site.
Assist with managing the procurement of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Provide support to senior management as needed.
